Account Role

Active
The status of a job that accepts coded costs and revenue, and of a user who can open the company. Accounts, items, terms, classes, locations, cost codes and cost types are also active or inactive: an inactive one is no longer offered on new entries but stays on past ones. See Statuses and Lifecycles.

Budget
